so yesterday JJ-cat and I got the chance to go see the 2pm showing of Les Miserables on Broadway at the Imperial Theater. I thought I would talk about it since im still not over it. it was absolutely wonderful. I got to see Ramin Karimloo as Valjean which was amazing since I've been a fan of his for a few years now. the rest of the cast was amazing as well. I was very impressed by Matt Rosell who went on as marius. his performance of Marius was I think probably one of the best that I have ever seen. I was also very pleased to see Chris McCarrell as Joly (as well as many other characters)(seriously he was in the background of so many scenes I started looking for him) (hes not that hard to find with that spectacular hair of his)
the show itself was absolutely amazing. the sets and the costumes and the special effects and the acting and singing and EVERYTHING was just wonderful. I was very pleased that they decided in the new production to add a few things from the brick in that I had not expected to be in there. it was also lovely to see the whole friendship between Grantaire and Gavroche. I absolutely loved how they chose to do the special effects with Javerts suicide. I was also very impressed with empty chairs at empty tables. how they did that was really quite beautiful.
after the show we waited by the stage door and got the chance to meet and get autographs from Matt Rosell (Marius), Weston Wells Olson (who stepped in last minute as Enjolras), Will Swenson (Javert), Gaten Matarazzo (Gavroche), Angeli Negron (little Eponine), and Cliff Saunders (Thenardier)
it was a really good day and im very happy about it and yeah!!!!

so I remade my pottermore account and I retook the house quiz and I got SLYTHERIN!!!!!! and I'm actually really happy about it!!!!! Because I think slytherin has actually become one of my favorite houses. and I think that (although I was answering the questions 100% truthfully) I had been kind of secretly hoping I was in slytherin or hufflepuff. and I think slytherin suits me.
also I really like my new wand. 11 1/4 inch, yew, unicorn hair, surprisingly swishy.

Tumblr's new updates are really pissing me off can we go back to how it was before

idk. i really want to do something fun with my hair but idk what. i was thinking maybe i would grow out my hair and get short-ish hair with a cute fringe and dye it dark cherry red. but a friend of mine suggested that i keep it how it is and dye it a really bright color. he suggested like a pastel mint green. which i think might actually be really cute. and all of my friends love my hair short and i really don't have the patience to grow it out again. so idk. does anyone have any good ideas???

so I just bought dead poets society on amazon prime so I'm re-watching it and stuff and it's just such a good movie. and I love Todd so much he's so cute and he is like my child but he is also literally me. also Neil and Todd are totally in love no one can convince me otherwise
